Labor Day

My parents came to Huntsville to spend Labor Day with us. We had a great time. They arrived after lunch on Saturday. We hung out while Graham slaved away on his Big Green Egg smoking a delicious Boston butt. We had fun eating and watching football together. Great to see the Tide win their season opener. Before my parents left on Monday, we walked down the street to do a little fishing. Well, my mom did all the fishing and the rest of us enjoyed the great weather. Clayton found a stick that resembled a fishing rod and had fun pretending to fish with Mamaw. She taught him about "rock fish"...when you throw a rock into the water and see it splash and kerplunk, you have a rock fish. Graham and dad took turns trying to fix a fishing rod that broke. I sat under the shade tree and took pictures. It was a fun weekend!
