Prayer Request

My dad is having surgery next Friday, April 18th, to have a lipoma (benign fatty tissue) removed. The lipoma is about 4 inches in mass and sits right behind his heart. The doctors will have to go in behind the ribcage to remove this tissue, so it's a pretty invasive surgery. The recovery will be long and painful. Please pray for the doctors who are performing this surgery that they will be able to successfully remove the lipoma. My dad is a strong believer in our Lord and trust's Him with his life. Praise God for that! However, nobody likes to be in pain. Pray for his quick recovery and for my wonderful mother who will be caring for him as well as working full time. My sister and I are going to take turns going to Tuscaloosa to help out. Hopefully our sweet little babies will bring some smiles and make the process a little bit easier.
